- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible, do not use. Always called and emailed me addressing my husband, likewise called and emailed him using my name. Why have an agent if you always have to call an 800 number for anything. Final straw was when they cancelled our auto insurance instead of motorcycle and had the nerve to try and charge us a reinstatement fee. We're with State Farm now.By Katie Snare, February 06, 2017
